1. Securely connect the hose between the air cylinder and the manual pump, ensuring there are no loose connections or air leaks.
2. Place the sealing rubber firmly over the opening of the cylinder, making sure it fits snugly to prevent any air leaks.
3. If needed, apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the inner side of the sealing rubber to enhance vacuum suction and comfort.
4. Insert the penis into the transparent cylinder, ensuring that the base is tightly sealed against the wall of the cylinder to avoid air leaks.
5. Press the button to pump air out of the cylinder. Begin with a slow pumping motion, observing changes in the penis, feeling the blood flow, and noting the sensation of expansion.
6. When the training session is complete, press the air release valve to gradually release the pressure inside the cylinder and safely remove the device.
